They said we should have power soon....THEY LIE!!!!! I mean....I'm in the town NEXT to Beaumont...not IN Beaumont...(you heard how they have power lines EVERYWHERE) yeah well I'm in Nederland
(pronounced: Nee duhr land NOT ned er land) Ok and the only down power lines we have are in my backyard -.-" but I mean we have water and sewer just no power....ugh i hate hurricanes...AND my big sis' 16th b-day is Sept. 30th!!!! i mean she spent her 13th in evacuation...I feel so sorry for her....BUT the good thing is...i have my iPod, my poetry journal, and my sketch book so yeah...it's not AS bad as it could be....LMAO ya right...who am I kidding? xD

it could be much worse, for serious. i am glad you are safe and evacuations were largely successful
